A basic ESPI manufacturing plant can produce 1900 of the 24' by 32' size home (other sizes are available) in a year. The production of a basic ESPI plant can be economically doubled or tripled.

ESPI house patented building material will not rot, is immune to insect infestation, is long lasting with minimal maintenance and the exterior walls have an "R" value of 35.
